To make our Click & Collect service as easy as possible to use, we have listed a number of answers to frequently asked questions. If you require any other information, please do not hesitate to ask us by getting in touch.

How do I order to the Decor8 Northern store I want to collect from?

If you are ordering via the website, you will be asked at checkout which delivery option you would like to use. This will allow you to select the store you would like to collect from. If you would like to phone your order, please simply call the relevant store you would like to collect from and they will assist you.

Once I have ordered, when can I collect the goods?

Once an order is placed via the website, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you when your order is ready to collect. If you are phoning your order to one of our stores please ask a member of staff when this order can be picked up.

Will I still be able to use my account?

If you are an existing account facility holder, you will be able to use your account by phoning your order.

Can I get my goods delivered instead of collecting them?

Yes, our delivery service is available if you do not wish to collect your goods from a Decor8 Northern store.

What are the opening times of Decor8 Northern stores?

Monday-Friday 7.30am-4pm
