My order is missing an item, what should I do?

Please contact us by telephone or email with your order number an tell us what is missing so we can arrange for delivery as soon as possible.

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

You should receive a payment confirmation email as soon as you place your order. You should receive another email update once your order has been despatched.

I'm ordering a high quantity of an item, can I get a discount?

I've placed an order, why haven't I received my invoice yet?

You should receive your invoice with your delivery. If you require a copy please email us.
